We do have a backup of our system, but we charge a minimum of $35 to restore an account's database because we have to strip individual accounts from the large host.
This is a restoration from a good backup. Generally used to recover from a bad mod installation or an inadvertent overwrite of files.
If you are one of our current Zen Cart customers, we apply Zen Cart Security Patches and Bug Fixes as they occur.
Should some otherwise general maintenance be required on your site, we will do what is necessary to get you back up and running.
A flat fee of $50 per hour will be charged for theses services. This fee does not include any fees for installation of any mod required to remedy the problem and the minimum fee per occurrence is $50.
Should the maintenance require an upgrade to a newer version of Zen Cart, we will notify you and agree on a fee before doing any work.

If you have transferred a site to our servers without current patches and fixes, we will charge to bring you up to date. After that, you will not have to worry again.
We will install and test Zen Cart add-on modules that are compatible with your current version of Zen Cart. Check the Zen Cart Plugins Section to see if your mod qualifies.
We will upgrade any Zen Cart currently running version 1.5.# and newer to the latest version of Zen Cart. This upgrade includes the installation of up to four CURRENT mods. Check the Zen Cart Plugins Section to see if your mod qualifies.
