We apply Zen Cart's security patches and bug fixes, keep our plugins and the Zen Cart Plugins Library plugins you run up to date, check each month that your backups are being made, and set aside an hour of hands-on work every month for whatever your store needs, whether that's a fix, a small change, or a plugin installed. We answer by the next business day. When it's time to upgrade Zen Cart, you get 15% off.
Included hours don't carry over to the next month, and extra work is billed at our hourly rate. New installs and new plugins are quoted separately.
Pay monthly, or annually and get two months free. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the period you've paid for. After you subscribe, open a support ticket with your store's address and your access details (SSH, or cPanel or FTP, and an admin login) and we'll set everything up.
