General Site Maintenance
If you are one of our current Zen Cart customers, we apply Zen Cart Security Patches and Bug Fixes as they occur.
Should some otherwise general maintenance be required on your site, we will do what is necessary to get you back up and running.
A flat fee of $50 per hour will be charged for theses services. This fee does not include any fees for installation of any mod required to remedy the problem and the minimum fee per occurrence is $50.
Should the maintenance require an upgrade to a newer version of Zen Cart, we will notify you and agree on a fee before doing any work.
